Vanillin is white to slightly yellow crystal, with vanilla aroma and rich milk aroma, the largest variety in the spice industry. It is the main component of the popular cream vanilla flavor.
It is widely used in a variety of flavoring foods that need to increase the flavor of milk, such as cakes, cold drinks, chocolate, candy, cookies, instant noodles, bread, tobacco, flavoring wine, toothpaste, soap, perfume cosmetics, ice cream, beverages and daily cosmetics.
